When you’re in photo mode there’s “AEB” – if you choose that it will take you three pics of the same scene bracketing the exposure. If you set it as close to “ideal” for the base shot, it will take a pic at +0.7 and -0.7 EV from that shot, and you can combine them for a HDR image. That way you get your foreground better exposed. Your sky looks already pretty good; it’s your ground that’s way underexposed.

If course, nothing stops you from taking several AEB sets with different values and then combining them.
